Gold Key has been the silver lining in a nightmare experience to get a new roof. Adam came out quickly after my phone call and went through all options for the roof, explained the process and timeline, and was always available for questions … More when I had them. Their office was timely in paperwork and always picked up the phone when I called. When it came close to the time to get the roof done, I got a phone call to set up dumpster delivery and all of my questions were answered. On roof day, I couldn’t believe how quickly the workers got it done!! Not only were they fast, but the cleanup was very well-done and while I did find some nails here and there (I was told 50,000 are used so it’s impossible to get them all!), they left no trash behind and were respectful of my property.
Since the roof has been done my insurance company and mortgage company have been a nightmare to deal with and Gold Key has been SUPER supportive in getting whatever extra documents I’ve needed. I would absolutely recommend them for not only their work but their customer service. 5 stars.

After speaking to the "production manager" (who's part of the family ownership) - I explained in detail my roofing needs and what I was looking for.... he mentioned that they would have to send somebody out to take a look... … More I offered my address and stated they could come anytime and survey it even if my family and I weren't home. I then received a phone call back 1.5 - 2 weeks later from someone else that seemed more knowledgeable and while he was quite nice - none of my needs or roofing status was shared and I needed to re-explain the entire situation - and then he mentioned that they didn't even provide the service I was looking for a quote on.
If you're looking for a company that's polite and responsive - I would go elsewhere - as if this is how they treat you when you're trying to give them business - I'd be terrified to see how they support their product/service after a commitment is made.

The Team at Gold Key Roofing was very professional and helpful from start to finish of my re-roofing project. I had a lot of issues with American Integrity Insurance. At first, American Integrity denied my claim, Gold Key got involved & American Integrity approved the claim. When the roof was complete, American Integrity the closed the case and refuse to pay the balance. My numerous phone calls and emails to the adjuster went unanswered. Gold Key came to the rescue again. I am very happy and satisfied with the service they provided and my roof is absolutely beautiful.
